Donna WilsonAs Vice-President of Industry Services & Sustainability at WorkSafeBC, Donna Wilson is responsible for Investigations, Assessments, Industry & Labour Services, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Prior to joining the WorkSafeBC team in June 2010, Donna was the Executive Vice-President of People and Sustainability with the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Organizing Committee (VANOC). During her tenure at VANOC, Donna held responsibility for key areas, including Human Resources, Sustainability, the recruitment and training of 25,000 volunteers, International Client Services and Official Languages. While at VANOC, Donna led the charge of the first Olympic Legacy of Safety program in partnership with WorkSafeBC, delivering the safest Games to date. Donna has both operational and human resource experience in large organizations in both the public and private sectors including the financial services, air transportation, health care, and energy sectors.
