Speaker: Lucette Wesley
Lucette’s 15 years of experience as Manager/Director of large disability claims operations, her expertise in disability management and her broad understanding of related fields, assists in providing innovation in supporting Disability Management programs with employers. Lucette has several insurance industry designations and a Certificate in Management from SFU. She represents BC Life on the CLHIA Committee on Disability Insurance, co-chairs a subcommittee of the BC Collaborative for Health, Productivity and Disability Prevention, and actively promotes and supports Mental Health initiatives both within her organization and the external community. In her personal life she is Vice-President of the Charitable organization the BC Lymphedema Association, and on the Executive of the South Burnaby Garden Club.
