Speaker: Wayne Chiasson
Wayne is the Training and Resource Development Adviser for FIOSA-MIOSA. Wayne has taught in professional, corporate, and academic training industries for more than 15 years. He’s educated students at all age and experience levels in Canada as well as internationally in the U.S.A., Mexico, and Saudi Arabia. Wayne studied at B.C.I.T. and earned a TESL certificate from Winfield College in Vancouver, B.C.
His educational career has helped him understand the delicacies needed to effectively deliver
training in both a one-on-one and in a classroom environment. He also understands intricacies of
how companies benefit from training and has consulted on many large projects. He has trained
students from the beginner level through to certification.
